What could be simpler? Your employee change forms are stored in Microsoft Outlook under Public folders. Retrieval of any information is a cinch, so you’ll know at any given moment the approval status and location of any form. Once the forms are complete, you can directly input the data into your HRIS system through a custom interface, eliminating data entry errors and time spent manually typing in the information.

Accuracy and Backup:
You can be confident your important employee data is complete, accurate and securely stored and backed up each time your IT staff performs routine tasks.

Security:
We employ Microsoft’s security to prevent unauthorized employees from seeing any of the information in transit. Only those chosen to view the forms are allowed access to them. But we’ve taken this one step further. Before a manager can approve a change, a user prompt box will appear, asking for his username and password one more time. This way, there is no mistaking the manager for someone else.
